Ryan Mellinger, Esq.
Ryan Mellinger is the owner of the law firm. Ryan started the law firm as well as a title company, Prime Transfer Inc., in 2013. Ryan’s practice primarily focuses on real estate-related matters. Before law school, Ryan was an 8th Grade Math teacher for 5 years in Susquehanna Township while working as the Director of Tennis at the Country Club of Harrisburg. After graduating and passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in 2011, Ryan accepted a position as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Craig A. Diehl. There, he was exposed to many areas of transactional law – wills, estates, business, real estate, etc. – as well as tax preparation. After two years of valued experience, he decided to focus his attention on title insurance and real estate.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing tennis and golf. Ryan lives in Harrisburg with his wife, Hollis, and their four children.
Stefanie Reisser, Esq.
Attorney Stefanie Reisser concentrates her practice in the areas of Wills & Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
Ms. Reisser is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Duquesne University School of Law. She was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 2011.
Ms. Reisser began her career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Deborah E. Curcillo in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. Thereafter, she worked as a Deputy Trial Prosecutor in York and Dauphin Counties and as an attorney for the Pennsylvania Department of Education in the Office of Chief Counsel’s Disciplinary Unit. Ms. Reisser periodically served as an adjunct professor at Central Penn College in the undergraduate pre-law division.
Ms. Reisser is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association. She is also a licensed Pennsylvania Notary.
